DELIVERY INFORMATION
Your order is dispatched from our warehouse using the most efficient delivery method available for your particular parcel.
For large, heavy or expensive parcels:
These will normally be carried by our courier, Fedex, on a next-working-day service. This overwhelming majority of parcels sent using this service arrive at their destination the day after dispatch, between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm.
To qualify for this rapid service orders must be placed on the website before 2pm Monday to Friday, and have no outstanding issues (such as invalid credit card address verification.) Saturday and Sunday deliveries are unfotunately not available at this time. Orders placed on Friday before 2pm should arrive Monday, orders placed after 2pm should arrive Tuesday.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee next-day delivery as this is beyond our control. However, you will be able to check on your order's progress at any time by using the 'track my order' link supplied in your order confirmation email.
For smaller parcels:
Parcels that are too small to warrant a courier are sent through the Royal Mail, on a First Class, First Class Recorded, or Special Delivery service. These services undertake to have your parcel with you no later than 48 hours from the date of dispatch.
Due to the nature of the Royal Mail's operations we are again unable to guarantee the delivery window for these parcels. Where possible we supply tracking information to allow you to view your parcel's status online via RoyalMail.com.
Same-day Dispatch
All orders received before 2pm are dispatched same-day. Orders received
after 2pm on a Friday are dispatched Monday morning. We kindly ask
customers to note that whilst many dispatches arrive the following
working day we do not offer or guarantee this service as the activities
of our delivery agents is outside our scope of control.
